Description

Full Body Stretches / Cool Down is as important as your workout! Here's a quick full body stretching routine which you should do after every workout.

Hold each stretch for 15 secs, release gentle and hold it again for another 15secs.
If you want to improve on your flexibility, you are encouraged to do this entire routine twice and stretch everyday.
