Lean Arms & Shoulders with Dumbbells

Description

Whether you want to show off toned shoulders and arms or simply get stronger and leaner, this class is the perfect way to get started. The technique we’ll be using is called "Superset", which means we'll be doing 2 exercises back to back with minimal rest in between. All you’ll need are 2 sets of dumbbells to hit your biceps, triceps, and shoulders!

Equipment: Dumbbells and Mat

ROUND 1

1) Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press

2) Push-up with Rotation

ROUND 2

1) Arnold Press

2) Upright Row

ROUND 3

1) Tricep Press

2) Narrow Push-up

ROUND 4

1) Tricep Kickbacks

2) Reverse Fly

ROUND 5

1) Lateral to Front Raises

2) Up-Down Plank
