You can tone your arms without bulking up at any age with these simple yet effective exercises. This workout will work the arms and shoulders from every angle to tighten and firm them up.
Equipment: Dumbbells (1 – 2kgs each). If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells, fill 2 water bottles with stones and use them as your weights.
Structure: 15 reps per workout, 3 sets. For best result, aim to do these workouts 2 – 3 times weekly on alternate days.
1) Arms Circles
2) Straight Punches
3) Y to T Raise
4) Triceps kickback
5) Bicep Curls & Outward Abductor
6) Alternate Shoulder Press & Twist
