I’m a strong believer that a short workout is better than no workout. Start your day strong with this 15-minute morning workout to boost your metabolism, increase strength and stamina and to have more energy throughout the day. No jumping and no equipment needed, so you can get this done in your pyjamas.



1) Squat & Press

2) Lunge with Knee Driver

3) Push-up with Rotation

4) Downward Dog to Spiderman

5) Bear Crawl

6) Reverse Plank Knee to Chest

7) Plank Up-Down

Sequence: Repeat the entire circuit x2.

Circuit: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest

Duration: 15 mins
