Eat Soup and Stay Slim this season. Here are 3 of my favourite Healthy Soup Recipes to keep you warm and satisfied over the winter period.

All these recipes are packed full of ingredients which are good for your body. Soups can be low in calories, yet they keep you full for a long time.

Try them as your main meal, snack or even as a starter. Having soup prior to a meal has been proven to prevent you from overeating later on.

Tips:
- Buy Goji Berries from Oriental supermarkets instead of 'health stores'. They will cost a lot less!
- If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can change the chicken stocks to vegetable stocks and omit any meat in the recipe.
- Zucchini is also known as Courgette or Japanese Cucumber in Asia.
- You can choose to make your own chicken stock or buy chicken stock cube that does not contain MSG or high sodium level (check the food label)!

So be wise and make the right choices for your body and your healthy this season. Choose to indulge in Soups! =D
