To be honest, I don’t really care how perky my boobs look like or how firm my butts are or having that defined abs. I don’t care if I’m thicker now or skinnier back then. I don’t train just to look a certain way. I embrace the fact that my body will keep changing and I LOVE it!
... I train because it makes me mentally and physically STRONGER.
... Wherever I feel absolutely lazy and demotivated, but still managed to hit the gym, I’m building discipline.
... Whenever I feel like quitting but still pushed through, I feel a sense of accomplishment.
... Whenever I’m stressed out, exercising gives me that burst of endorphins I need.
... Whenever I feel low, I SWEAT and it makes me feel damn good! It is my HAPPY place, it is my “me time”..
It is MY body, I have to live with it. I choose to RESPECT it and treat it RIGHT!
