Not everyone will understand your journey. That’s fine. It’s not their journey to make sense of, it’s YOURS. 

It’s important that we surround ourselves with people who will build us. If their are not building you, why feed into that energy? You choose the energy you attract in your life and that becomes your reality. 

This goes out to everyone who believes in their dreams and is making sacrifices and giving only their to make it happen! YOU are a winner. 

I was speaking to a friend over lunch just now and he was telling me how sometimes to achieve your goals, it can be a very lonely journey because not everybody will understand you, yet they are very quick to pass on their opinions and judgements. I always find it fascinating how people think we “should” be like them and just because we don’t share the same lifestyle, we don’t “have a life” or we’re just those “weird fitness people”. 

Everyone is at a different paths in their lives and we can’t force anybody to change their lives or be like us, UNTIL they are ready and make the decision to change themselves.

What we can do is to motivate and support each other in a positive way, no matter how different we are.
