This is a total upper body workout for women to tone up and lose weight.
This workout focuses on the back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, chests, and lower back muscles.
4 different exercises that works and tone up your entire upper body!
Try 2 sets, 12 reps each set to start off with and progress up to 3 sets, 15 reps.
What you'll need is a pair of dumbbells and this can be done either in the gym or at home.
