Anyone and everyone can take part in this challenge. If you want to see results, commit yourself FULLY to my workout plans and also follow the foundation of the meal plan for the next 8 weeks. All workout and meal plans are available and can be saved and printed on my website under the "Fitness" and "Food" tabs.

If you are new, I would encourage you to watch my "7 Steps to Permanent Weight Loss" video to really understand the foundation to starting a successful weight loss plan.
I understand it can be tough and demotivating at times, so in order to support each other, I want you to post a DAILY PICTURE either on instagram or facebook. It can be your exercise pictures, meals you ate, motivational quotes, your progress, basically any pictures to keep you on track with this challenge. Don't forget to #jsohbikinibodychallenge so that we can all view your pictures. =)
Just remember this fact: "Fitness is like being in a relationship, you cannot cheat on it and expect it to work!"
If you stay fully committed and have fun throughout the 8 weeks, I can assure you, you will see the results you deserve.
