Your goal is to lose 4% of your total body weight in 4 weeks. The start date is Mon, 13th Oct 2014 and ends on Mon, 10th Nov 2014. Get your family and friends to join too. I will also select 2 winners, where you'll receive a customised personal training plan from me and also cute workout clothes from my clothing line "Fit & Feminine".

Full training and meal plan will be provided in my next video. I want to make this 4-Week Life & Body Makeover Challenge a successful one for each and every one of you. So throughout the whole 4 weeks, I'll make sure to guide you through your journey.
