Description

If you scream "CARDIO IS BORING!". Put your favourite tunes on and let's DANCE!
This is a series of dance-inspired moves that are designed to pump your heart rate & burn some REAL calories.
These moves are extremely simple. You'll have fun & feel good at the end of the workout. =)

Duration: Under 20 minutes
Circuit: 8 Intervals per circuit. Repeat 2 - 3 times. Rest 1 min in between circuits.
Interval: 40 secs Workout, 20 secs Rest
Estimated Calories Burned: 150 - 170Cals

Exercises:
1) The Bird
2) Dip, Step, Dance
3) Knee Twerk
4) Pivot Lift
5) Slide Double Hop
6) Pull Down
7) Motorcycle Pump (Alternate)
8) Kick, Squat, Jump

For best result, perform this workout 2 - 3 times weekly and combine it with total body strength and core training.
