Description

The exercises in this video target specifically the Lower Abs & Obliques aka Love Handles. When it comes to getting a flat belly, the truth is you cannot spot reduced fat! Hence, this workout also combines a quick burst of cardio moves to help you torch calories and burn body fat!! Only 15 minutes, so let's do this together!

Workout Duration: 15 minutes

Circuit: 30 seconds for each exercise

ROUND 1

  1. V-Tucks
  2. Russian Twist
  3. Cross Jacks

ROUND 2

  1. Leg Raises
  2. Spiderman Plank
  3. In-Out Jump Squat

ROUND 3

  1. Bicycle Crunches
  2. Criss Cross
  3. Cross Climbers

ROUND 4

  1. Full Alternate Crunches
  2. Plank Hip Dip
  3. Skaters
