Hi, my lovelies!! It's crazy to know that some of you have been following my channel for close to 10 years!! I started my fitness journey more than 10 years ago and some of you have watched me grow over the years. So in this video, I wanted to share with you some of the mindset tips and fitness rules which I live by. These rules have kept me going and motivated in my fitness journey through all these years. I hope they will also motivate you to stay on track and make fitness your lifestyle forever.

2) Build mental strength and make it a habit

3) Fall in love with the process and the person you are becoming

4) Keep exploring

5) Don't give up on foods you love, but find the balance

6) Follow the 3-day rule

7) Have a positive mindset and don't give up
