Want a lighter day or a break from your intense training program? Here’s a 25-minute Strength & Stretch workout for you to start or end your day. This is a low-impact workout that focuses on flexibility, balance, and strength. You’ll feel stronger and more centered at the end of this session.

8) Alternate Glute Bridge Leg Extension

9) Crab Toe Touch

10) Breakdancer
