Description

Bring the outdoors indoors with this bootcamp-inspired circuit training! We’ll be doing total-body compound exercises to build strength and torch some serious calories. The exercises are low impact, and you’ll only need a very small space to perform them.

Exercises Sequence: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2)

Workout Duration: 15 minutes

Estimated Calories Burned: 100 - 120 Cals

Exercises:

  1. Narrow to Wide Squats
  2. Bear Crawl
  3. Forward to Reverse Lunges
  4. Plank Walk Climbers
  5. Side to Side Shuffle
  6. Push up with Shoulder Taps
  7. Single Leg Kneel to Squat
