Description

I DARE YOU!! Are you ready to complete 1,000 Squat & Lunge? This is going to challenge your lower body’s strength and endurance. Your legs, thighs, glutes and calves will be on fire for the next couple of days! It’s not going to be easy, but you’ll love the burn! 10 exercises, 50 reps each, repeated 2 rounds through.

 

EXERCISES

1) Basic Squat

2) Static Lunge

3) Narrow Squat

4) Alternate Reverse Lunge

5) Sumo Squat

6) Curtsy Lunge

7) Side Step Squat

8) Explosive Lunge

9) Squat Pulses

10) Squat to Lunge

 

Complete 50 reps for each exercise before moving on to the next.

Repeat 2 rounds. That's 1000 squats and lunges!
