With a lot of you writing in a requesting for meal plans, I’ve put together an 8-Week Fat Burning Meal Plan just for you! We’ll be cooking lots of simple, delicious and nutritious recipes. This meal prep focuses on consuming whole natural foods, with a good balance of protein, fibre, good carbs and healthy fats to build lean muscles and burn fat fast! It is NOT about restriction, but rather it’s about finding balance and moderation in your eating habits and lifestyle.
