3-Ingredient Pancake

Wooohoooo!! I woke up this morning and I was CRAVING for PANCAKESSS!!! So I looked into my food cupboard to check what I have to whip up a really quick, easy and nutritious pancake. Viola!

Only 3 ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor & cook! Top with anything you like - fruits, nuts, seeds etc. This makes 4 pancakes.
