Let’s talk about the 4 GOLDEN rules of FITNESS I swear by.. These are very simple, yet effective habits that sets you up on a fitter and happier you. I promise!
1. Never Miss a Monday
2. Never go more than 3 days without exercise
3. Work out at least 3 times weekly
4. Never give up, ever!
Simple, eh? EVERYBODY CAN DO THIS! I do try my best to practice these habits even when I’m travelling. For instance I’d book a hotel that has a gym or at least one nearby, and I’d get my workout done early in the morning before whoever I’m travelling with gets up to avoid disturbing their time. If it’s your priority, you’d find ways and take the effort to do it.
