Don't workout because you hate your body, workout because you LOVE YOUR BODY.
I know of many people who started exercising because they hate their body. I was once in that same mindset too. When you HATE your body and at the same time, you work towards changing it, there can be a lot of self-sabotaging. No matter how hard you've worked or how much you've achieved, you will still condemn yourself, compare yourself with others, you struggle to be happy and you may even fall off track. You look into the mirror and you'll always look for the one imperfection that allows you to continue to feed your mind on why you hate your body.
Change that mindset! Workout because you LOVE your body and how amazing it makes you feel. You don't need to wait to lose 10lbs or 50lbs to start loving your body. No matter what size or weight you are at, accept it, love yourself right at this moment and strive to improve yourself further. When you LOVE your body, you celebrate your achievements, your self-esteem increase, you always do your best and you are at peace with your inner self.
Exercising is beyond how you look. It starts from within. Ask yourself, WHY do you workout?
