“Create a life that feels good on the INSIDE, not just one that looks good on the outside.”
Being in the fitness industry, it’s not surprising that I’d get judged based on how I look. People would judge how “fit” I am based on my physical appearance, rather than my strength or my abilities.
In fact, several days ago, I read a comment stating that “She’s not fit and has never been fit and only creates short 1-minute workout videos. She’s not qualified to teach people.” I was even more surprised when one of my close friends in the fitness industry would compare how “fit” a person is based on their “6-pack abs” picture.
To be honest, I’ve never been affected by these comments, because I’ve always been the kind of person who’d never really care what others think of me, unless that person matters to me.
How “fit” a person is, is NOT solely based on how they look on the outside, but rather, it is their abilities, confidence and STRENGTH physically, emotionally and mentally. When you look after your wellbeing, you will SHINE on the outside and most importantly from within.
