Benefits of morning workout

Love the morning sunshine, especially when I know I’ve done my workout! Why work-out before work?

1) It’s often the most peaceful time of the day, and a great way to get some alone time, before you give your energy to everybody else.
2) It preps you for an amazing day; waking up your brain, getting your mind clear and body energised.
3) No excuses of not having time in the evening, because you’ve done it first!
4) It boosts your metabolism the entire day, hence burning more calories!
