I am Joanna Soh and I have started this site to share with you my love and fascination for three things that have greatly improved my life:

– Staying fit
– Eating food that is both delicious and healthy
– Growing spiritually through commitment to one’s personal faith and life mission

In the areas of Fitness and Food, I am a

– Certified Personal Trainer – American Council of Exercise (ACE)

– Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM)

– Certified Nutrition Coach – Venice Nutrition (VN)

– Certified in Resisted Movement Training

As for Faith, my life mission is “To love and value myself – and help others do the same.” Loving and valuing who you are starts from the inside. Every day I strive to improve myself by observing my thoughts, emotions, actions and most importantly how I treat myself and others. By learning to value yourself and know who you are, you are creating inner peace and greater fulfilment in your life.

So this site will be a combination of fun and motivating workouts (FITNESS), nutritional advice and simple+delicious recipes (FOOD) and not forgetting our commitment to spiritual growth in bringing the best out of you (FAITH)!

How did “Fitness-Food-Faith” start?

From the age of 18, I have trained and worked in fitness, whilst still studying. Later, during the final year of pursuing my Performance & Media degree, I began working as a TV Producer producing talk shows for television channels here in the UK. I love both careers and could not decide between them. Hence, I decided to combine these two skills and passions by producing regular videos on YouTube where I can share my love for healthy and balanced living as well as sharing my life experiences and interesting things/events that I go through daily.
